It is a worldwide known environmental association represented in more than 160 countries. Since the beginning, almost 40 years ago, it\u2019s working to promote the good, clean and fair food.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Today Slow Food struggles there can\u2019t be an ecological transition without reinventing an existing model of food production and distribution, especially in mountain areas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The role of Slow Food Trentino Alto Adige APS is to connect different stakeholders of the food system and local networks; organize educational processes; protect biodiversity through specific projects; give more value and attention to small businesses and producers; implement and promote new forms of Slow Tourism with emphasize on local communities; to defend the gastronomic culture and customs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Slow Food Trentino Alto Adige APS organizes numerous activities and projects to define the core values of Slow Food on its territory.
