On Wednesday 6th march 2013 at 6.00 p.m., as discussant we invited the Hon. Emilio Quartiani, past president of Italian GAM – Gruppo Parlamentari Amici della Montagna, and Giuseppe Dematteis, emeritus Professor at the Politechnic of Turin and President of Dislivelli Association.
